I will introduce engraving printmaking to the curriculum of the school. My plan is to do loads and loads of practice as it is in my opinion the only way to master anything. I want it to be very Bauhaus kind of thing with physical exercises at the beginning (t'ai chi) and then we will submerge in the very meditative art of engraving.
The aim is to produce ex-libris, illustrations for books and art prints with or without wood type. It will be fun, I promise. So if you are interested please contact them through HERE.
