St Swithin

My friend Fran explained me yesterday that depending on today's weather would be exactly the same on the next forty days.

And guess what? the sun is shinning! As I said a couple of posts before, I love the rain, but receiving vitamin D from the sunlight it's not a thing that will make me sad. 

St Swithin's day, if thou dost rain,

For forty days it will remain;

St Swithin's day, if thou be fair, 

For forty days 'twill rain nae mair.
