plates

This term I experimented so much on plates that I could just see the final results on the last day when they came out of the kiln for the third or fourth time.

In some of them I failed to achieve what I wanted, especially because I couldn't work out how to make the golden glaze come out as gold and they look offensively wrong. Failure failure. But never mind, you know I like accidents and I am fond of my little monstrosities.

I like a lot some techniques I discovered, like the use of ceramic pencils. Next term I will also try out watercolour and pastel.
