2008 was such a busy year that I could never manage to find a weekend to escape to Samye Ling, up in Scotland. I am definitely going at the beginning of 2009. Yes! oh yes. I need that precious silence for a few days and meditate and have that beautiful red room just for me, to practice my t'ai chi.
