My uncle Roy

I've been thinking a lot today about my uncle Roy, formerly known as El Diablo Velasco... I think, back there in the 60's or 70's in the golden days of the Lucha Libre in Mexico.
My childhood was surrounded with luchadors, we would always go to the beach with my uncle, La Pantera, El Apolo and others, they were great fun and very drunk.
I never got to see any of his fights, his nose got broken several times and he decided to hang his mask and open a chain of gyms in Guadalajara, he then organised famous body building competitions and he was friends with Lou Ferrigno (remember? the Incredible Hulk) and the Governor of California himself, look at him.
I know, a very blurry photo, I'll try to get a better one now in March.

I also then remembered about my comic, there is a chapter in which I am enlightened by him as I train in his gym.
Yes, that comic that I've been talking about for years. I should finish it one day!
