Ceramics II

It was a very frustrating session yesterday in the pottery class. I couldn't get to do anything good in the wheel. I felt so useless! so I dedicated my frustration to the first two creatures I made. They look terrible from one week to the other. I hope once we start applying painting and glazing they would change for good.
But look at my lovely friend Jo there, always with a broad smile, ready to cheer me up.

Booo. I hate it when you feel creatively frustrated, especially when it's the mechanics of making it that are just not working.

I never mastered pottery either....I'm glad you have a happy friend to share the class with.

Nada que. Unos músculos de tus manos fueron olvidados por ti: esos que te sirven para dominar técnicas de cerámica. Pero, ellos no son rencorosos. Verás que volverán a ser los mismos de antes, entonces tu amiga Jo sonreirá más...

Awww. Now I think he looks okay. Like a troll bust sculpture. I'm sure he will turn out okay.
